Andy Mann Structural Design Ltd is an established Structural Engineering company based in Nottingham with smaller offices in London and Lincoln, providng services across the East Midlands and London. With over 18+ years experience in the construction industry, fullfilling numerous roles from lead draftsman to lead structural engineer on a multitude of projects ranging from domestic alterations through to multi-million pound commercial developments and schools. Examples of our experiences include:

• Lead project manager, structural engineer/designer and construction level detailer for countless residential developments, ranging from steel beam designs to support internal and external walls, through to loft conversions and new extensions.
• Reinforcement detailing for industrial slabs, ground beams, pile caps, raft foundations and industrial tanks/bunds.
• Experienced in 3D element computer design software for the design of steel, concrete and timber.
• Experienced in AutoCAD for the creation of structural engineering construction drawings.
